Allergies also make us cough all day, not forgetting infections and also flu. These are mostly some of the reasons why we cough, and it is in stages. Sometimes we get a small cough, then it goes away; other times it can stay with us for days.
Traditional Treatment For Heavy Cough In Africa
In my hometown in Africa, I mean my village, we use ginger to help aid and cure heavy coughs. I will share with you the procedures we use so that you, too, can apply them to get results and protect your family.
Best Way To Cure a Cough With Ginger
First, buy for yourself some ginger, clean it well by washing it in salty water. Use a knife or a spoon to peel it and wash it again.
You then have to cut it into smaller pieces, and you take it bit by bit and chew it, and swallow the water inside.
Another procedure is to blend the peeled ginger into a liquid, put it in the refrigerator, and drink it slowly. This process helps relieve heavy coughs and protects the lungs.
